Accepted Payment Methods (SHSU Ticket Office ONLY)

Tickets may be purchased by credit card by going online to Gobearkats.com, by purchasing at the Ticket Office during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm, Located in the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse 620 Bowers Blvd., Huntsville, TX 77320), by calling the Ticket Office at 936-294-1729 during normal business hours, or purchasing tickets at the gate prior to any athletic event. All tickets purchased via credit card will be processed by Neulion/JumpTV (SHSU’s ticketing software provider)…on your credit card statement your ticket purchase will show up “JumpTV SHSU Athletics.”

Tickets may be purchased by check ONLY at the Ticket Office during normal business hours. NO checks will be accepted on-site at any athletic event. Checks should be made out to “SHSU Athletics.”

SHSU does not ticket for the following sports: Women’s Soccer, Women’s Bowling, Men’s & Women’s Golf, and Women’s Tennis. Admission to these sports is available at no cost, based on availability.

Each year SHSU offers special events to the public and invited guests. These events include banquets, auctions, luncheons, pre-game functions, coaches’ shows, fundraisers, etc... Please do not include any credit or debit card information in your e-mail message. For your security and protection, SHSU does not accept ticket orders or credit information in e-mail messages. If you wish to order tickets, please place your order online or call 936-294-1729.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: The ticket office is located  in the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse at 620 Bowers Blvd. Visitor parking is available in the parking lot in front of the Fieldhouse…DO NOT park in the faculty/staff parking spot. SHSU Athletics is not responsible for any parking tickets given while customers are purchasing tickets.

Accessible Seating
Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the SHSU Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 936-294-1729 or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse.

Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket if they are sitting in a general admission section, as well in the reserved sections if they are seated in the lap of a ticketed patron. Any children under 5 who need their own seat in a reserved area will need to purchase a full-price ticket. All patrons 5 years and older need a ticket to enter the athletics venue.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the SHSU Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Will Call
Identification or an order confirmation page is required for all tickets picked up at will call. Tickets can be picked up at the SHSU Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the venue prior to the game.

Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price plus a non-refundable processing charge for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 5 days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single-game mail orders, telephone and on-line buyers of record. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
