The sixth annual State Farm Football 101: Chalk Talk for Women will be held at Sam Houston's Ron Randleman Strength and Fitness Center Tuesday August 7 at 6:30 p.m.

The event features lessons from head football coach Willie Fritz and his Sam Houston State coaching staff as well as a tour of the Bearkat facilities and stadium along with hors d'oeuvres and cash bar.

Tickets may be reserved for only $20 or reserve a table of eight for $140. Walk-up registration the night of the event is $25.

"The State Farm Football 101: Chalk Talk for Women clinic is a tremendous event and all the coaching staff is looking forward to an evening of fun," Coach Fritz said. "If you want to learn the X's and O's of the game of football, this is the event for you."
