Eighteen former Sam Houston State women's soccer players returned to campus Saturday afternoon, March 24, for the season annual SHSU soccer alumni game.

The contest matched the alumni against the 2012 varsity soccer team.

"With a program that started less than a decade ago, it's exciting to have former players respond to the opportunity to return for an alumni game," head coach Tom Brown said.

"It was great for the current players to have the chance to meet and talk with the players who helped build the foundation for this program."
