EWA BEACH, HAWAII – The Bearkats wrapped up their fall season on Wednesday, finishing in 13th place at the Hoakalei C.C. Invitational.

The Kats struggled on the tournament’s final day, shooting a 296, their highest round of the three. They finished shooting 871, which was seven shots over par.

Ting-Wei Hsieh shot the low round of the day for the Bearkats, carding an even-par 72. Hsieh also matched Noah Steele as the low finisher of the tournament for the Bearkats, each closing with a three-round score of even par to finish 31st.

Steele got off to a nice start, opening with birdies on two is his first five holes to go to 2-under for the round. But a stretch of five bogeys in a seven hole stretch to finish cost his a top-20 spot on the individual leaderboard.

Jack Randle and Luis Carrera each finished the tournament in 57th place at 4-over and William Holcomb was 12-over and finished 94th.
